Golf isn't the cheapest sport, but I have acquired some great gear over the years that I think has improved my game, and helped my performance on the golf course. Here are 10 products I think are worth investing in.

1) Rukket Chipping Net:

I love practicing my chipping and pitching whenever I get the chance in my backyard. This is a great net I use that adds an element of fun.

2) SKLZ Accelerator Putting Mat:

I used this mat all winter in my basement, and it’s a helpful tool to hone your stroke on those crucial shorter putts. One thing in particular I like is the visual aid that will help promote acceleration through impact.

3) GolfBuddy GPS:

I’ve been using my GolfBuddy for over 2 years now, and absolutely love it. You don’t need to download courses, just turn it on and go play! Every golfer should know their distances to the front/middle/back of the greens.

4) Alignment Rods:

One of the most common mistakes of golfers at every level is that they are not aimed where they think they are. These rods are a great tool to use on the range to make sure your stance is in line with your target.

5) GAME GOLF:

I recently started using GAME GOLF, and absolutely love it. If used properly I think it can be a powerful game-improvement product for golfers. Figuring out where your game is deficient is the first step in making a real plan on how to improve. Knowing your stats will give you the blueprint on where to focus your practice time.

6) True Linkswear Shoes:

I walk the golf course almost every time I play. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, period. They are worth the investment if you are logging some serious miles on the course.

7) Callaway Launch Zone Mat:

This is an inexpensive, and durable mat you can use if you’re not looking to tear up your lawn with your backyard practice. I’ve had it for over 2 years, and it still looks brand new.

8) Rukket Portable Driving Range:

The guys over at Rukket have crafted a great net that is easy to set up, and performs extremely well for the price point. My backyard driving range was completed when this baby showed up at the door!

9) Plastic Golf Tees:

This might be overlooked, but there’s no need to constantly waste money on new wooden tees every year. I use plastic tees now, and am still working on the same set of 50 I bought over two years ago.
